Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

3k 777 reserves the right to temporarily put withdrawals on hold until the verification process is complete. If it is proven that someone under the age of 18 has opened an account, the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be returned.

Deposit and Withdrawal

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from the mobile number registered on the account.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Bonuses and Promotions
3k 777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms which must be read before accepting. Bonuses are never considered cash; winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirement has been met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
5.2 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
- Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
- Bonuses may only be used on specified games or categories.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
5.3 Other Promotions
Separate terms apply to promotions such as weekly recharge bonuses, slot bonuses, birthday rewards, referral bonuses, and cricket betting bonuses. Full terms for each promotion are published on the platform. 3k 777 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
Gaming Rules
3k 777 offers slot games, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming services. Each game has its own rules and it is the user's responsibility to learn them before starting a game.
6.1 Game Results
All game results are fair and determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game result is voided due to a technical fault, the related bet will also be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount for that event will be refunded. For multi-bets, a cancelled selection will be treated as odds of 1.0. The odds of a bet confirmed after an odds change will not be altered.
6.3 Disputed Results
If there is a dispute regarding any game result, a complaint must be raised through customer support within 24 hours. 3k 777 will investigate and make an appropriate decision, which will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3k 777 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and funds may be confiscated.
- Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or group.
- Fraudulently exploiting bonuses or circumventing the system.
- Using any automated software or bots in games or betting.
- Conducting account transactions using a third party's funds.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
- Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities or flaws in the platform.
- Threatening, intimidating, or harassing other users.
- Behaving disrespectfully toward platform staff.

Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by the User
Any user may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
